By creating an account or using Loop & Row, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Loop & Row is a mobile app for crocheters and knitters. It lets you build a pattern library, track active projects with row counters and timers, organise your yarn stash, and discover or sell patterns through our designer marketplace.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
You retain ownership of the patterns, projects, notes, photos, and yarn data you add to your account.
By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and process it solely to provide the app's features to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any PDFs or images you upload, and that your content does not infringe others' intellectual property.
Designers can list patterns for sale by subscribing to the Loop & Row Designer plan ($120/year), billed annually via Stripe.
When you list a pattern, it becomes visible in the marketplace. You set the price and description for each listing.
Loop & Row facilitates the transaction but does not take a commission on individual sales. Payment is processed by Stripe and the pattern is delivered to the buyer's library.
You may cancel your designer subscription at any time; listed patterns remain available until the end of your billing period.
Loop & Row Premium ($60/year) is an optional subscription billed annually via Stripe. It provides enhanced features as described in the app.
Subscriptions renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time.
You agree not to: upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful; attempt to access another user's data; reverse-engineer or disrupt the service; or use the app for fraudulent purposes.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Loop & Row app, its design, logo, and software are owned by Loop & Row. Pattern and design content created by designers belongs to those designers.
Respect the copyright of pattern designers — patterns you purchase are for your personal use and may not be redistributed.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Crafting instructions, yarn recommendations, and project tracking are provided for your convenience — you are responsible for your own projects and results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loop & Row is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your patterns, projects, yarn stash, collections, and designer store.
We may terminate or suspend access if you violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Loop & Row operates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
